Belcoflex continues its Aluminum Lacquering Operations with over 40 years of technical experience in its fully integrated facilities. Besides meeting its own needs, Belcoflex offers PRINT-READY products (rotogravure, Flexo, UV Flexo, etc.) for many different applications. As our company uses its products in numerous applications, the product quality is extensively tested and is approved by many domestic and foreign manufacturers.
These are aluminum foils with solvent or water-based primer, protective, and thermolac applied on both sides for use in various fields. While primer lacquer/alu/thermolac applications on aluminum stand out in food applications, custom applications are made based on our customers’ requests in other sectors. Aluminum foil thicknesses can be coated on aluminums ranging from 12 microns to 100 microns in thickness.
