PET FILM FLAT COVER
Compared to Aluminum Coex and Aluminum lacquered caps, PET film Mono Structure lids, which have lower barrier and permeability properties, are used as an economical alternative solution to aluminum lids for products that do not require a very high barrier. The very bright and flat surface of the product, combined with high-quality printing, provides an eye-catching appearance. Therefore, they are much more striking and impressive than aluminum lids. The product visuals are significantly enhanced with our latest technology, ultra HD bright UV inks. During the filling process, plastic lids allow 100% in-line metal detection, preventing contamination from machine parts and ensuring the delivery of a safe product to the consumer every time. BOPET lids are not only cost-effective due to their lightweight structure but also environmentally friendly as they are made of recyclable material.
