These are the upper foils made from aluminum foil suitable for the hard packaging of medical and pharmaceutical products like pills, capsules, and tablets. After thermoforming the lower foils in blister packaging machines using heat, the tablets are filled inside, and then the aluminum blister upper foil is adhered to create the tablet drug packaging. It is accepted as a world standard to generally use aluminum foil in the range of 20-25 microns. According to our customers’ demands, it can also be produced in 30 microns. As a standard, the shiny side of aluminum foils is heat adhesive, and the matte side is coated with print-primer to produce blister aluminum foils. All coatings applied meet FDA requirements. For the pharmaceutical industry, the entire production process occurs inside a Class D cleanroom.
