TWO-PIECE SEALS
Double piece seals consist of two different layers: a carrier layer and a barrier foil. The foil layer, designed for sealing, barrier, and aroma protection, is a multi-layered laminate structure laminated onto the carrier layer of cardboard or foam with special wax and polymer systems to form double piece seal solutions. Unlike single piece seals, after the induction sealing process, the carrier layers remain inside the caps, while the foil part sticks to the mouths of the bottles, separating from each other. The foil layers can be designed according to the chemical and organic properties of our customers’ products. Products are available pre-cut or in rolls, with pre-cut products available in various shapes and sizes upon request.
