Belcoflex is the first company in Turkey to establish a cleanroom facility with an ISO 8 Class D standard for primary pharmaceutical foil printing and production.

Clean Room Production

Some primary products are manufactured in a clean room equipped with positive pressure air conditioning and advanced filters to prevent contamination.

In the design of our Hygiene and Safety Project, the safety and hygiene of the pharmaceutical industry have been prioritized. The facility is divided by hygiene points that control all entries and exits. Our facility is secured with a personal card system accessible only to authorized personnel. Security cameras monitor the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FDA Compliant Raw Materials

Belcoflex uses FDA compliant components and raw materials that come into contact with drugs. Only the highest quality raw materials are used in the production process.
